We really enjoyed our stay in this nice, spacious, and clean home. It had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook our meals during our stay. We also enjoyed the games in the garage as well as the card games in the living room. The bathroom was extremely beautiful and clean and stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The location was also perfect. We were close to multiple grocery stores and were also a close drive to Joshua Tree. Sarah was a great host and provided very clear instructions as well as information that was helpful for our trip. Definitely recommend this place!

Great place to stay! Convenient location to everywhere we needed to go in G-Town….we went from the Strand to 91st Street pier!! House was very well maintained and equipped with everything we needed.

Another great stay at the Doc House. This time, I walked to the Pines Restaurant for dinner, where the owner is a James Beard semifinalist for Best New Chef. Great stay and dinner all around.

We had a wonderful stay at this house and would highly recommend it! The location is absolutely ideal — close to Joshua Tree National Park, Desert Hot Springs, Pioneertown, and Palm Springs, with grocery stores conveniently nearby. No long drives needed to get to anything! The living space was perfect for our group — a great open room where everyone could gather and relax together. And the setting itself is special: we were treated to stunning sunrise and sunset views framed by a beautiful Joshua Tree right on the property. A photographer’s dream! 🌅🌵 If you’re looking for a high desert getaway with an unbeatable location, this is it.

I can’t say enough about The Doc House! It was incredibly clean, adorable, and so comfortable. I wish I would have discovered it a long time ago. Highly recommend. Sarah is a wonderful host!

Me and two of my friends rented this space as a meet in the middle for some quality girl time and it was perfect! The space is beautiful and sparks conversations about history. It has all the essentials you could need and even exceeded what I expected. It has been done beautifully. We spent a lot of our time there but it is also in an excellent location. We loved visiting the shops and restaurants near by. We also drove over to Tioga and walked in the trails. I would 100% recommend this stay. It was truly wonderful. The host kept me updated on everything I needed to know before and during the stay too which was very easy to reference. — thank you!

I rented The Doc House for a newborn lifestyle photoshoot! This space has amazing natural light, beautiful decor and furnishings, and also shows off the natural character of this gorgeous home! The house was located just a few blocks from town, which would be a perfect location to walk in for restaurants and shopping. I’d definitely rent this space with my family for a little getaway!
